The foot structure is composed of a weave with shock-absorbing pads created to dampen vibrations from the ground. At the same time, the weave, created with 3D micro channels, greatly facilitates air circulation, keeping the foot dry and at a pleasant temperature, while also ensuring an ergonomic fit. In the metatarsal area, a silicone-based yarn has been inserted to create greater adherence to the shoe and minimise internal slippage.
The slight compression is aimed not only at supporting the muscles but also at increasing the oxygen supply, which, combined with the other features, makes this product very comfortable.
MAIN MATERIAL
Q-SKIN is a polyamide 6.6 fibre with silver ions directly inserted during the spinning process to regulate bacterial proliferation with lasting effectiveness.
The Q-SKIN® fibre cares for the skin and offers the wearer breathability, freshness, hygiene and comfort.
During normal daily activity or sport, our body produces sweat; Q-SKIN® technology is activated when sweat molecules come into contact with the fibre: the silver ions contained inside help reduce excess bacterial flora, the main cause of bad odours.
The Q-SKIN® fibre keeps its characteristics intact over time, even after numerous washings. Bacteriostatic effectiveness tested by the MIS PLUS institute in Zurich according to DIN ISO 20743: 10-2007 and washing resistance tested by the MIS PLUS institute in Zurich according to JIS L 1902/02.
Q-SKIN® has obtained numerous certifications for the protection of personal health and the environment. The OEKO-TEX STD 100 CLASS I label proves that the fibre is harmless to human health.
