Order preparation and fulfilment
Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 2 days of receiving the order.

Delivery in Italy
Shipments within Italy are handled by BRT. Delivery is expected within 48 hours of dispatch.

Delivery to other European Union countries
Shipments to other European Union countries are handled by DPD. Delivery is expected within 48–96 hours of dispatch, depending on the area.

Delivery to non-EU countries
Shipments to non-EU countries are handled by DHL or UPS. Delivery is expected within 2–5 working days of dispatch, depending on the area.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds depend on the destination country and the order value and are shown at checkout before payment.

Non-EU shipments and customs charges
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges are borne by the customer and may be requested by the authorities or the carrier upon delivery.
