Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to give a reason. To notify us of the withdrawal, write to info@wearmb.com and include the order number.

After giving notice, the products must be returned without undue delay and in any event within 14 days to the following address:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The customer is only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

REFUNDS

The refund is issued using the same payment method used for the order, within the time limits laid down by the applicable legislation. The refund may be withheld until the returned products are received or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the goods are faulty or differ from those ordered, contact info@wearmb.com. In these cases, MBwear S.r.l. bears the cost of collection and shipment of the correct goods. This is without prejudice to the rights provided by the legal guarantee of conformity.
