TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Seller

2. Products and availability
The essential characteristics, available sizes and price of each product are shown on the relevant product page. Availability may change until the order is confirmed.

3. Prices and payments
Published prices are expressed in euros and include the applicable VAT. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. The available payment methods are those shown at checkout.

4. Orders
Before submitting the order, the customer can check and correct the information entered. Receipt of the order is confirmed at the email address provided by the customer. If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the customer is informed and any amount already paid is refunded.

5. Shipping and delivery
The destinations served, costs, free-shipping thresholds, carriers and estimated delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy and summarised at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, as described in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of faulty or incorrect goods, for which MBwear S.r.l. bears the cost of collection and shipment of the correct goods.

7. Legal guarantee
All consumer rights provided by the legal guarantee of conformity and the applicable legislation remain unaffected.

8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy published on the shop.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory rules and the rights granted to consumers by the law of the country in which they reside.
