When is my order shipped?

Your order is prepared and shipped within 2 days.

How long does delivery take?

In Italy, BRT delivers within 48 hours of shipment. In European Union countries, DPD delivers in approximately 48–96 hours from shipment, depending on the area. In non-EU countries, DHL or UPS delivers in approximately 2–5 working days, depending on the area.

How can I find out the shipping cost?

The applicable rate and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout based on the destination country.

Who pays return costs?

Return costs are borne by the customer. If the goods received are faulty or incorrect, MB Wear bears both the collection cost and the shipping cost of the correct goods. For full conditions and procedures, see the Refund Policy.

Who pays duties and charges for non-EU shipments?

Any duties, import taxes and customs charges are borne by the customer.
